If you want to get in with asset managers to do REOs . . . I'd go directly to them, not through any middleman wanting you to pay up front.

If you are not set up for REOs don't waste your money, its a separate business and will dominate your weeks...assuming there are enough in this robust market where I see zero to none to maybe one in SD.

Before the previously asked Anonymous question, I had never heard of them.  Regardless of the name, you need to ask more questions about them and the "practice" in general.  No "all offers" are good.

I list a great deal of REO and have never heard of them, beware of anyone asking you to pay up front for listings. Even the REO mills charge a percentage of your commission after you close. No need to pay up front or waste your money

I never heard of them and have listed many REO properties, most were directly given to me by the banks or the asset management companies, none ever charged an upfront fee.
