Never heard of them.

If you are not set up for REOs don't waste your money, its a separate business and will dominate your weeks...assuming there are enough in this robust market where I see zero to none to maybe one in SD.

A simple search of some the REO sites does not have them existing until April when they were asking others to pay to join as well.
