HA that's funny, define 'summer heat'.

This'll crack you up. I have an inspection on Sunday at 6AM  . . . seller, buyer and whoever he is bringing and I will all be there. WHY? Sunday AM it will be upper 70s. Later it will be 120°

It's BRUTAL to think straight out there in a warehouse with no AC and walking 5 acres of land in 115° and we did that last Saturday . . . no one passed out and we made the deal but it's not recommended!

If that affected those in FLORIDA, we would be in a real mess.
No, in Florida traffic is as expected.
However, uncertainty is affecting who is a part of that traffic. I would be unlikely to label ones uncertainty an excuse. People's fears are real to them even if they are illogical.
The clearly observable reduction in traffic is the result of the hoops buyers must now leap through to gain access. Tire kickers don't like jumping throuigh hoops or being told what to do.

Not particularly hot here, but that wouldn’t matter. Buyers who wan to buy are looking, and always will, although some might take a break here and there for beach aand surfing time.

No not so far, it's lack of inventory that's the problem. I will say that I was melting today.

So far it's not hot enough to impact.  It just means that typically we turn on the a/c before a showing or program it to be at a semi-decent temperature during the day.

In general, I would not think this would be an issue. But, if there are vacant homes wo/ AC, they are doing their home a disservice as it's a bad first impression and people won't stay as long.
