Does the Florida purchase agreement include a special definition of terms?Otherwise,  I am sure most citizens of the state and gators of the swamp understand 12:00AM arrives immediately after 11:59PM.  Unless I am missing something.

All California contracts in real estate are 12:00 a.m. midnight unless otherwise modified. And while we’re on the topic: a “day” is a 24 hour period of time, which a lot of realtors don’t seem to understand.

Fred, I often ask this question myself when somebody presents me an offer at 10 am and puts response time by 12pm. Everybody here unanimously agreed that 12pm is noon, and 12am is midnight. So much nicer if the contract writer put 12 noon, or at least 12:01 pm if the they like to use minutes.
