Most grocery stores here have instituted a 60+ only timeframe.  I suspect our Costco does also, although I don't shop there so don't know.

Yes I knew that, but thanks! It's wise to doublecheck the days and hours. I have steered away from Costco because of the lines and not having the essentials.

All San Diego's grocery stores are doing "senior hours", it's really nice. I've seen no reason to wait in line for hours at Cost Co when I can walk in, shop and be on my way out of my local farmer's market and grocery stores in 15 minutes.

It's been awhile since I've been to Costco. Before this whole craziness started I think.  But my husband goes on his schedule and when he hopes it's not busy.  I'm guessing it might be busy from 8 to 9.

Yes, I'm aware of that, most supermarket holds a "Senior Hour" 7 days a week. I wasn't to concerned since I had plenty of TP but I realized I'm almost out! So I left my house at 5:45 am yesterday morning. Stater Bro's had changed their hour, so had Walmart and Superior too.

Since I had an hour to kill, I drove to Food For Less and lo and behold, it was open at 6 am to anybody! Biggest plus? They had everything in store, including toilet paper, lol.

I still worry that one infected cashier can take out an entire senior community by having them all go at the same time! If I were a senior, I wouldn't go during those morning hours!

OH WAIT! Over 50 IS senior, right?!! LOL
