Who asked about 1031 Exchange dates last week? They got extended

Good news if you are in the middle of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange: IRS Extends 1031 Exchange Deadlines to July 15th 2020 for Affected Tax Payers Identification and Purchase Deadlines that fall between April 1, 2020 and July 15, 2020 will be Extended to a July 15, 2020 Deadline. This give clients with a 45-Day Exchange Period or 180-Day Exchange Period deadline between April 1 and July 15, 2020 an automatic extension to July 15, 2020.
