Yes.  And spreading.  People need to stop being stupid - follow the advice to follow protocol to protect their self and OTHERS.  

UPDATE 3-15-2020: As of today, according to the reported statistics, Santa Clara County is the hardest hit in the State of California with the virus. 

Yes, we have one school kid that has it and the school district shut down.  We also have had one or two catch it in the same senior living facility.  I have not heard of anyone else yet.

CA and NY seem to be taking the brunt due to population density and travel and cruise ship.

It's here in Virginia. 41 confirmed cases and one death today. Many more waiting on test results. A man that works with my brother is a confirmed and in ICU now. They closed his office so they could disinfect it over the weekend. Schools are closed, restaurants are closed, events where crowds of people would gather are canceled or postponed, etc. I just read that an agent near here had visited NY with her husband and 3 kids. The husband went to ER on WED and they instantly put him in isolation and by Saturday he's on life support. No visitors allowed including his wife and kids. So how many people did this man come in contact with over the last week or so? This man is 42 years old so don't believe the bs going around that only the elderly and those with compromised immune systems are the ones most likely not to recover.

We do, and there are lots of cancelations of all kinds. People working from home, schools and universities closed, sporting events and amusement parks closed, and the list goes on. And lots of people out shopping and clearing out the stores!!

We have no reports of the virus in our county, although there are 4 "presumptive" cases in the state. That being said, many people are in panic mode and are buying everything in the stores. Actually that was true yesterday - I don't know what today is like.

2 of our citezens were quarantined Federally (elsewhere) Princess Cruises.

The SF Bay Area is going insane with panic hoarding, San Diego remains relatively calmer, so far LOL only toilet paper is out of stock and grocery store lines are slightly longer, but shopping for a normal week yesterday, I had a "usual expericence" at Sprouts Farmers Market.

Here in NH we have 6 cases, they all center around a doctor from Dartmouth that even though being told to quarantine went to a convention of other medical people and got others sick. They just closed schools in NH for 3 weeks starting tomorrow. The media is making people crazy.

Yes, we have 3 cases in our 12-county Metro with 1M+ population.

The city has pretty much shut down...praying for those in isolation and those families who have lost loved ones - not only to the Coronavirus but, the families and friends of the tens of thousands who have died already this season with the flu.

No, other than a few people catching it on a cruise ship and being quarantined before being allowed to go home.

A few cases here in Union County, NJ. Social distancing is the norm now.

Nothing in my county yet and only a couple in nearby counties...so far. Disney World in Orlando is closed until the end of the month and all schools as well. We are in a tourist /second home area so it's just a matter of time until it hits us.

91 in our county. 2 more 10 miles away infected. A school teacher a few miles away got it . Now shutting down schools for 3 weeks. The positive side is freeways are not busy again. Most are ordered to work from home.

Well, we got a dead body or 2 here. The SFBA has 200 or more. That does not count the cruise ship and mess left.   

This is just chapter 1.  I imagine we will have 1000 infected in a few weeks and a few dozen inside bags.

Yep.  I think we hold the record for the US. Most things have shut down.  Glad Broadway finally shut down (I think Thurs).  Many from our county go to Broadway.

I am in the epicenter for the nation- NYC. I personally know a few that have gotten it and other people in my neighborhood that have passed from the virus. As I am writing this I am hearing an ambulance- which have been less frequent the last few days- but still far too common. I watched a man who looked like he was in his 20's or 30's from across the street step into an ambulance earlier this evening from my window. There were too many mistakes made- and we need radical change once we start recovering from this.
