Real world issues are resolved in real time. Sometimes the methods change and that is when true "genius" is seen. Occasionally, that observation isn't immediate and that may be the case here. Or not.
Wanna see me pull a rabbit out of a hat??? I mean how do they do it?

I'm paying attention and focused on keeping myself and others protected. All else will take care of itself in due time.

Based on the main question, I would look for the information elsewhere or contact the speaker directly (if possible) to see if they will be presenting elsewhere or have the material in another format already.

I have received emails from online-only companies telling me what they are doing to ensure my safety. I've only ever ordered online things from you. I'm not worried about catching COVID-19 from doing business with you. If that is your situation, don't send the email.
I also have emails from many businesses and polticians advising me to wash my hands and not pick my nose with unwashed hands. This is also getting to be annoying. Don't send that email.
If you truly have something you can offer, send an email. For example, if you have cases of your hand sanitizer giveaway, you could email people and say, "If you want one, call me and I'll send it to you." Or if you had extra TP or some other thing that people actually wanted, you should email.

don't think anything important in my business ever came from a expo show.

In my experience, EXPO's do not reveal any "magic". Sit tight and wait it out; stay safe!

Many events and meetings are being cancelled.
Some are being cancelled because the facilities have been closed.

Obvious precautions aside, it’s business as usual, this isn’t going to last very long and there’s no reason to make major adjustments other than to protect your own health.
the only interruptions I’m seeing so far are where my clients are affected at work, but this too shall pass. Several of my clients haven’t flinched and are persisting on their purchase or sale.
There’s no expo or convention ever that is the end all be all to what I already know and can do; now is the time to put into practice all those tools and education that up til now we’re procrastinations.

With a collapse in stock market I question if my clients can afford the stellar down payment. I suspect when these smaller companies and business started closing, the home price will start sliding down. Was in Santa Clara, CA saw NVIDIA parking lot was jam packed. Next door is Huawei still there 2/3 employees retrenched. They are moving to Canada soon.

Many folks doing teleconferencing right now, I suspect they will give you that show discount even though the show has been canceled. These thing destroy the vendors more than they do the attendees.
I once was one of those vendors at a farm show in the 90's that was rained out, no refunds, it was very hard on our young company, but they were not that sympathetic. And I never went back to any of their events either.

Is it canceled for good or will they reschedule over this crisis is resolved?
Request a refund, contact the instructors of the classes you were planning to take and ask if they will be done online or as a webinar in lieu of inperson.
If that doesn't work, move to Plan "B".
