I know it can seem trite and I have often repeated it here as well as elsewhere.  Real buyers buy and real sellers sell.  And they do it everyday and in lots of locations.  Yes, there are nuances.  Sure, there are differences.  

Nope, business as usual, this panic-demic is very temporary in ADD-USA.

No, two new listings out there today that meet my buyer's criteria plus I got contacted with an off market possibility for my investors.  I'm out showing property today, maybe next week as well and hopefully writing one or two offers!  Gloves will be on though.  LOL.

The recommended social distancing will keep may seniors at home.

I have gone from a flood of inquiries to a trickle. HOWEVER the trickle are ready to buy or sell immediately. I have many relocation buyers who need to find places, their jobs have moved here to NH and they need  home. I am seeing first time buyers the most worried. I also am finding all i need is the opportunity to talk to them and discuss what the real world is like and not the "world" the politically driven Media wants everyone to see.

The only ones making a buy decision today are the 'must find shelter' or those spending OPM.

Open houses conducted in the crisis environment must be specialty purposed. The most obvious being 'list building.'

However, the 'lemonaid' philosophy is not wasted here. 

I do not know if there is a decrease in showings here in Minot even though the virus has struck here. What I do know is that I've jumped back into the stock market after decades of absence. How can anyone resist when stocks like Microsoft are at bargain prices?

Not yet, so far those that I know of that lost jobs are not eligible to buy a home.

Each market is different, some of our clients who are in luxury are doing very well.  On the other of the spectrum, I saw Marc Cuban owner of the Dallas Mavs, saying he is planning to do something about all his employees that work in the stadium and other small businesses.  He is a good man.  During our floods and fires, local billionaire Ty Warner kept ups the payroll on all three of his hotels even though each own was affected by the mudslides.  There are people who understand that we are all in this together...A

I've been slow for a long time so it hasn't done much to change my showings.  I have one tomorrow and no one has cancelled in the past month so perhaps not.

I got my listing under contract first of last week, and there are MANY showings, so wasn't thinking it was slowing down.  This week, many closures were announced, so showings could be affected.

I will have to get back with you.  We have two open houses set for today and tomorrow.  Last Sun was good, but lots of money has been lost since then.  We will see.

My neighbors home is open this weekend.  I am interested to see how many people participate ... I won't be among those that do. 

No - it seems a bit crazy in fact! 50+ at one open house and 25+ at two others. Multiple Offers (>8 on all 3) and there are agents asking if I have anything else coming up in those communities - they have 'desperate' buyers.
