Looking at your account, you already have Rainmaker status.
Trying to create a post under your account, underneath the blog editor is the section bar to select Members Only or Public.
Basically I can't duplicate your issue, everything appears properly functioning.

If you haven't been here for a long time, you may have forgotten that you must have a Rainmaker account to post publicly. If you are a Rainmaker and your account is not working properly, contact member services and find out why you cannot publicly post.

You need 500,000 points for that.

You can check with Support but I do believe to have blog posts "Public" you need to have a paid account until you reach 500,000 points

I would check with support@activerain.com. You have to be a Rainmaker for posts to be visible to the public. Sometimes there is an error message that "you have an ActiveRain account" so perhaps there is a glitch if you ARE in fact a member and Rainmaker.

Gotta be a member. Membership has it's privileges.

It's hard to answer this question because you're anonymous. Likely, you don't have enough points to be a public blog. 

See if ActiveRain Member Support can check behind the scenes to first identify who you are and then see what the issues are. 

You will need to have 500,000 points to qualify for a free Rainmaker account. Until, then you will need to pay dues.
