I did some FB adverts back when "Lead Gen" ads were new.  I got many leads, but if I ran a $20 advert, I'd get 10-15 "leads".  Of those 10-15 all but 3-5 would have incorrect info or be tire kickers, only one or two would be interested in moving enough to look at the property I was advertising.  ZERO turned into clients and zero homes were sold via FB.

It was deemed to be more hassle than it was worth and discontinued a couple years ago.  Now, I can't see me giving them ANY money given how they've been acting of late.

We don't have one, if we were selling wine or widgets, we would have one. Otherwise, we are not fans.  One of our clients has a closed group on FB, and that does get her a listing once in a blue moon....A

A little business, humor and personal touches for me. Most of my business is referral-based, so use other means for Top of Mind marketing.

as far as MY use of Facebook is concerned, I use it for visibility.... I have a strong local following and over 4,500 people total....  I do not pay for advertising there....

I advertise and boost my listings on Facebook...I get likes and clicks and it's cheap...Somebody might know somebody is my motto when it comes to this.

My goal is to start using FB ads.

FB advertising works with landing pages. When I did do it, I was successful. One does eventually run out of money. Sorry, no deep pockets here & there's a budget.

There was a local FB company that I followed & they were really good at teaching the ropes on it.

My goal this year is to be the most impactful with humor, bright colors, going for the attention. I think that 3 times a week is good enough but some might disagree. @nina hollander is posting everyday.

I'm retired from real estate so no plans there.

For my golf website, however, it will be one of the things I'll incorporate into my growth plans for 2020. No specific strategy yet.

I used to get leads off Facebook abundantly, but most lacked value. I may still have about 10% of all captured on drip marketing, but I've only closed one deal to date direct from FB marketing alone in a 2 year window of effort.

The core of my business is not on FB.  No strategy for FB business. 

I use Facebook for keeping in contact with friends and family and not as a business tool.

I really should think about a strategy for this, mine is a bit more random than it should be.

Facebook is the cheapest and reaches the most people but doesn't bring the leads back that are expected.

I don't spend any money there, but I definitely get business from it. I'd be happy to have a discussion about my LONG term strategy from the beginning, but I won't be putting it here for my local competitors to read, you can call or email me if you'd like some details.

I barely do Facebook, but my wife has a fabulous group and a business page that bring our entire office business.

Taking an on line challenge - that really more of class/education than a challenge but it includes FaceBook advertising. So my goal is to learn how to effectively use FB advertising within the  next 30 to 60 days.

I have a business page, but I don't spend any money on it. Our company provides some auto feeds to it, but that's it for me! I think FB  is not a very effective lead generator

I little spend small dollars for just listed and just sold on facebook. When I head down to the beach to windsurf I get a lot of feedback from the local sailors so I guess that is good.

I am just me on my FB page - and that works well for me! No real strategy - just go with the flow.
