I am thankful for the rehabilitation from my accident last November and the help I received from my husband ... being my left-hand man.  I am still in process of getting the use of my left arm and hands working the way they are supposed to ... but overall - A Great Year! Best since 2009.

Absolutely nothing. I slowed it down this year to take care of my husband for months after major spine surgery. And while I'm thankful the surgery and his recuperation (which is now in its 5th month and not yet fully over) went well... I am not thankful for the impact it had to have on the time I could spend on my business.

I am thankful that long time clients (about 20 or so sales in all) were able to complete a permit for a new casita that got hung up between city and architect (that failed to do his job properly). Thankfully we got it figured out and they are now living in the new multi-gen home. It was very stressful for them and that is so not how I plan things to go for clients....ever. Smooth and stress free as possible as always been my motto.

Mine was from building relationships over the years - it took time to build... but, unless something changes in this quarter, 3 out of 4 quarters this year were 100% repeat or referral business. 

And...2019 goals were met by end of Q3...and this has been my best year ever in the business. 

It took time but, I'm thankful to have stayed the course over the past few years and focused on the relationships and not the shiny new toys!
