Definitely not all at once.
"Superior professional language" .... Communicate person to person - human to human ... in a way that is understood ... whatever that may be. I'd bet it is not "Superior professional language". Set the ego aside and just be real.

Question #1: A few questions at a time would work better.
Question #2 (example): How we communicate works better when we do it in language the person we are talking to can understand. I saw an interesting demo the other day where the person asking the question spoke fast and to the point and the person answering spoke very slowly. Harder to communicate effectively if you're both talking with different styles.
Question #3: Anything can stimulate questions, including graffiti!
Question #4 (2nd time): Two a day max...

Sometimes it is best to keep things simple. The message is easier to digest.

I'd say 2-3 a day. I still haven't tried Popeyes but, they sure got a lot of attention.
As for communicating with others, try to communicate in their language. It will put them at ease with you. There are a lot of books and classes you can take to help you read others so you can communicate better. Acting/speaking as if you're superior is usually a turn off.

#1. If they are truly "your people" you should communicate in their (your) language... unless it involves vulgarity. Leave that part out. Anything that smacks of superiority is a thumbs down.
One a day.

2 a day just like the Utah kids, we're used to that format.
#1 - I'm not sure if you mean lingo & slang or like spanish? I try & talk so others will understand. Also decipher mortgage terms that others understand offen ending with their 'oh'.

Broken up for sure. If they are in depth questions, one per day. If they are quick answer questions, then maybe 5 per day. Of course if you want points, 1 per day for 10 days.
Answer to example Q1: Professional language. Colloquialisms like "y'all" are fine in the south, "youse guys" in Jersey, etc.

I love how your mind works - always relating everything to real estate!
But, to answer your question - I think one or two a day is better than all at once.

I communicate where the person I am talking with can understand the message clearly so my style varies from person to person. And I don't consider real estate lingo "superior" to those who don't know it. I use the lingo when talking with my real estate peers.

Annette,
This issue has never come up for me...I don't pay attention to graffiti, nor do I focus on it...No one has had trouble understanding either one of us, even if they did not speak English or any other English in my arsenal. A

Answer to #1: I always talk as a professional to my clients, even the ones who's second language is English and their 1st is profanity.
