I am not familiar with either of the companies you mentioned. 

I remember ListingBook for like a nanno second. Don't know why I would need it nor it's successor. I certainly wouldn't pay for anything either.

I am not familiar with Elevate nor Listingbook. 

Listing book use to be ok, and I had some people use it to set up their own searches, but interest in it has dropped off to nothing. I am still paying $10.00 a month for it, but have been thinking about canceling it, which I probably will do in near future after starting a new website. I think if you give people too many places to search, they get confused and forget which is the best way to contact you. I doubt if you'll gain anything by starting a listingbook / elevate account. It's basically for consumers to search listings. If you look under the cities tab, they spell Arlington VA and Alexandria VA wrong. Simon I do recall listingbook from about 20 years ago.  I started that but quickly went on to other things.  I have no idea of Elevate. Sorry.

Elevate in nearby Lompoc is a cannabis store.  I did look it up, and I really have no idea why your client would need to search like an agent.  My opinion is that it would confuse them, which is the last thing you want to do! A
