That a pretty cosmic question but I'm up to the challenge.

1. Regret.  Should have grabbed that office space on main street when I had the chance a decade ago. There would be enough walk in traffic to sustain a brokerage.

2. Creation of more assets of real benefit to the buyer/seller. Such assets are natural lead generators.

3. Stop harboring any concern for what others think. Offer to the consumer exactly what they want and ignore the agents. Clearly more to that story.

4. More stadium cushions.

5. Saving the best for last. Creation of real estate related/benefit digital products. Something about 'upline,downline, and burning bridges."

In all that noise were two real items.
