I have a she-she shed in my back yard that keeps signs shielded from the elements. It's a constant struggle against the wind and sun here, so I spend a lot on new signs . . . alllll the time. 

Pride of ownership may be the first step in showing who cares.

Our signmaker/installer stored them in his facility, which was on the Westside of Los Angeles, where our listings were located as well as our offices.  A

I keep a couple in my trunk, wrapped in a beach towel for protection against damage... but the balance are kept in my garage storage locker.

Our Sign guy stores our signs. All I keep is the riders & some hardware which is in my basement with cardboard seperators between them.

They are removed from the property, cleaned and stored in my garage cabinet. Any signs of shabby and they're replaced!

The country club and gated community specialty signs are kept at the sign-maker's shop.

Mine are stored in a company storage building with all the companies signs. 

Actually I discovered how inexpensive it is to just make up signs when needed and even customize them to the listing to boot. No storing results!

They are in the garage. Yep, I see a shabby looking sign now and then, although our weather is not as unkind to signage as it is in other parts of the country.

I have a garage attached to our office.  They are stored there.  If they sit outside for any length of time they sag and fade.

Many are stored at listings, others in a storage room in the office or my garage.

Mine are stored in my garage. Never had any issues keeping them pristine while in the garage.

My sign company keeps them but I have also noticed a few looking pretty scruffy. They are pretty old though. They 'say' that they put cardboard between them.

Our sign company stores all our signs and ryders. From time to time signs do need to be replaced, but not that often in our weather.

I have put a good storage system on my garage wall to keep them in good condition.

We use a sigh company to install and remove our signs. We expect them to keep the signs in presentable condition.

Either in front of my listings or stored by the sign company. Open House signs are kept in my trunk as I do a lot of Open Houses. I keep a bottle of Windex to wipe those clean when needed.

When the signs are not on someone Else front yard, I store them on my front yard.  44 identical ForSale signs in the front yard....the indicator of an ambitious agent...RIGHT?

We have a storage in our office. Mine is there.

ListerAssister.com stores all my signs, lock boxes and flyer stands for me as they are the ones that install them.

We always keep our signs in good condition.

They Hany up in my Garage and I repaint the frames every two years at least.

I used a service who stored signs not in use and took worn ones out of rotation.

when I was actively listing, I had all of my signs in my garage.... about 15 of them and 70+ riders....anything damaged was tossed out...
