Until Cypress is returned to full possession of the Greeks, Turks should be BANNED from Greece.  And I'm not even Greek! But I do like the idea of preserving Greekishness.

I'm no expert in the Grecian market but I do like Greek food & will always pronounce Gyro GY-RO... regardless of the Hipsters that like to call it a EURO now.

This reminds me of the clauses they had in grant deeds back in the 40's and 50's that precluded the seller selling to blacks. Real Estate is for anyone that can meet the buying/selling/investing criteria. Opinions don't purchase R. E.

Don't think there are too many Greeks in this forum so you probably won't get much useful feedback on this question. 

There's the water cooler..., then there's relevance and ethics about topics that potentially touch on another country's politics.

Turks are probably seeking more of a save haven. You should be asking the Greeks, but they may just like the prices that are being paid.

That is a pretty general question. I cannot imagine all Greeks having a monolithic opinion about this.

That would be like asking what do Americans think about Mexicans (or Muslims or Jewish people or whoever) buying real estate in the U.S. That is a really loaded question. Some people like it, some don't, and to most people it doesn't really matter at all. People are people regardless of where they originated.

This is a tough question and the smallest comment can easily turn into an argument but generally speaking, I think any country would not welcome it with open arms when another country buys real estate in their country especially when the country is in a financial crisis.
