Another example where the "delete" key seems to become another digit on my hand. These occurrences seem to arrive in waves. Maybe a new seminar has recently hit your area.

I delete those type of emails.... and I would not have a guest blogger on our website unless I knew that person....

Yes, I do get them but, have become quite adept at hitting that delete button on my puter!

Not for awhile, and I wouldn't take them up on it. I have my own style and would never want anyone to speak for me.

I get them. I respond by thanking them for the offer however guest posts, as a matter of policy, are not permitted on the site.  I wish them all the best with their endeavors.

I get them fairly regularly usually for my other blog not AR, but ignore them or tell them no thank you. While I had a couple of guest bloggers in the past I knew them personally and felt their businesses and information would be helpful for my readers, and the readership was good!!

Yes, I have received them. Some of them had nothing to do with real estate whatsoever.  I would consider Guest posts if I felt it was something appropriate for my readership.  I have actually used Guest posts on rare occasions, but I'm the one doing the posting and controlling any links.

I get those all the time too, generally hitting several email addresses at once, I just block them and send to spam.

No, I haven't received those emails, unless they go to the spam folder and I don't notice it.

I never accept these but if you have someone like an insurance agent you do business with they can post about theiur expertise and give sage advice.

Yeah... I've had those emails... and sometimes follow-up phone calls.  I don't do "guest bloggers"... everything you read is just me.

Yes I have done it & I wish I had more that want to. Of course they are vetted by me as to writing ability & to our industry.

The last people I had were stellar. I'll take yours if you want.

occasionally yes, but the way I look at it,  Guests do not invite themselves, so if I did not extend an invitation, they are not a guest. wiifm? Nuthin.  Will be watching thoigh to see if Tammy Emineth weighs in on the topic.

It a bad idea for those who can not wrap their mind around the value of collaboration.
Those who can will see an opportunity to gain access you can't buy from Zdevil.

My advise to the real estate agent is to respond, "Yes, I would be happy to blog on YOUR platform." IF they won't trust me with their significant audience, I certainly won't trust them with mine.

I have not received these requests but I dislike getting a website lead & then seeing it isn't an inquiry about a property or my services.

Yes, I utilize real estate guest bloggers from time to time on my WP blog and a few other sites I sometimes blog on. I screen the articles, updating as necessary for SEO and/or content, and always insist on long-form content. Some of those bloggers have been from the AR ranks and others either via email requests or referred from a group of RE bloggers I periodically engage with online.

I get hit up with these requests  almost daily.  I ignore them typically.

No, and I never will. They could be scammers trying access your data to hiold it hostage for $$$

I get guest blogging request emails all the time and never take them up on the request. Mostly, guest bloggers are looking for a back link to one of their websites just for link authority. Often, the content is so generic or duplicate content that it is not worth it to the blog owner.

I have no means to entertain guests on-line.

I get that also and wonder why they want to be on my website.

I get them quite often since I run the blog at Realtyna. MOST requests we get are random people working for marketing agencies that have nothing to do with real estate. Those don't get approved. But, I have made a handful of great connections with some great real estate experts and other blogs. Those people Aslo usually let me write for their blog in return. 

Tbh, it doesn't produce much business, but it is good for SEO, so long that the other website has a good ranking.

I get some here and there for the last couple of years.  Seems to go in spurts, usually when some SEO guru talks about outreach and guest blogging for backlinks/exposure.

I have not utilized guest blogging because I'm not setup for it and don't desire to be.  I understand the benefits of it for me and them (because I have listened to all the "gurus" talk about it), but I am not monetizing my blog and don't need the traffic.
