I'm way ahead of you (your call) on the prayers Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041 . I have not lived through a hurricane but I have lived through a flood that destroyed my home and living up North we have seen blizzards that wrecked havoc with the power grid. No power when the temp is far below zero is a pretty scary thing especially when you are getting hit with FEET of snow so you can not get out of your home even if you want to.

I am praying for you all.  My Parents live just outside Charleston, SC and my brother lives on Hilton Head.  I have family in Florida and all the way up the coastal communities of North Carolina and all the way to New York.   It's been many years since I lived on the East Coast, but these news events hit home in a very scary way.  It's not to be taken casually no matter how much it's downsized.  Be safe all of you on the East Coast.  You are in my prayers and thoughts.

Be leery & wary of the news hype and yes if I was there and assistance was needed count me in...Meanwhile, their city and state supported by the feds are doing all that is necessary...I would have trouble living in a situation where I could be wiped out on whim but that is just me....?
