NO! I was successful due to my local activity Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041 I did have an Internet presence for sure but had there been no www I would have done just as well. My advice to new agents is forget the Internet web and spend your time casting your own web over your community by getting out there, being active and being an asset to others.

I have sold real estate on my FB page without paying for their ads. Also, I have paid for their ads (waste of money) and found that most clicks/views were from people in other countries I never heard of...most likely were hired by FB to participate. Am willing to try new things but not sink a lot of money into nothingness to benefit only the company making unkept promises.

Results would be the determiner. In today's market with inventory so low and demand so high there's not much advertising needed outside of MLS to sell a home.

Yes there is a company that will do that for you with FB ads. It is $39 & they basically see how ads are working, words, pics & then discuss all the time. Goal is to have optimum ads with more than just AB testing.
