Sounds expensive, do they do any other work while waiting for the phone to ring?

I have not. So I have no thoughts or recommendations. Seems pricey. A guess it depends on how many leads you generate.

That is an IMPORTANT capability for an agent.
However, the agent must assess how many VALID leads they can generate to justify $700 bucks a month.
Once that is known, the next question would be 'What are the available altenratives for buying 30 second response time capability.
I can think of 3 that could be considered with a one time cost.

I never used an assistant.... I did all of my own transactions, paperwork and communication.... I didn't trust anyone with my business....

I NEVER waste my money on trial and error for leads. Generate your own. For my after referrals, my Active Rain blog generates more leads than any other source.

Never used them, but 699.00 a month is ridiculous. There are better ways to spend $8000.00 + a year.

So they want to send a pre-canned message to the zillow/realtor.com/facebook "lead" w/in 30 seconds of receiving that? And for $700/month?????? Talk about a rip off! Something like liondesk (http://www.liondesk.com/pricing.html) will do that for $600 a year! You can even splurge for your facebook lead gen ads and get the pro version of Zapier ($25/mo) to import the FB leads directly into Liondesk too. A year's worth of that solution for not much more than 1 month of agent assist.

I am not but this is a question that comes up frequently Jason Johnson so I'd suggest you do a seach on it and you will see the answers over the many times the question has been asked. That being said I've never purchased leads... getting out and meeting people in your city is the best way to find new clients.
