Yes, I have only one coffee per day, in the morning and it is my preparation of the best coffee i can get. Black with a drop of organic almond/or coconut milk, no sugar, no other snacks.

I overpour daily the CoffeeMate which ends up being a latte. My mom always used to make comment when she saw my coffee.

I attempt to make my own if my Mr Coffee will cooperate & the filter will not flop over.

I'm a Mountain Dew girl.  I don't drink coffee.

The bad side is that I always have to bring my own.  I can't ever go to a meeting assuming they will have Mountain Dew for me, but you can with coffee.

The good side - when everyone at the meeting is complaining about how the coffee is too strong or too weak, my Mountain Dew tastes exctly the way it tasted yesterday.  It's a formula - so it's always the same.

I like Lattes, but don't make them at home.  More simple for me on a daily basis... unless it's a "just add water" latte...

 

Even then, lattes have more sugar than I prefer even when you can get them made with less sugar and non-dairy milk.
