Hey I'm a Capricorn, the sign of time and timing.

To me, if you're early you better have someplace to wait. I may not be ready for you.

If you're late, you better have someplace else to go. I'm not waiting for you.

If you're exactly on time & walk in the door at the top of the hour, I'm impressed.

It's easy these days because our vehicles are rolling offices so there's no reason to intrude on someone before time.

15 minutes early, go over notes, a little touch-up to the lipstick, then make your entrance.

I do use alerts on my phone to help be on time (or early), and generally leave earlier than I expect - you never know about traffic here! I hate being late, even by a few minutes.

Yes, And when we lived in Los Angeles, we allowed a 1/2 an hour.  It was time  that was not wasted.  If we got to a listing or showing appointment early, we could look around and see what else we could list and become more familiar with the are...A

yes, but L.A. traffic sometimes on the way even if you plant to be there 30 min in advance( like before your open house).

Yes, I am always early.

To get the most mileage out of being extremely punctual, I make certain those affected notice by using precise numbers.

I never say "I'll be at your door at 3:30." Whether they are aware of it or not, people hearing numbers ending in 0 or 5 know it a guess.

Instead I will say, "I'll be at your door at 3:37."
They will actually be standing at the front window watching and checking their time piece.  And I want them to see me waiting on the sidewalk for the precise time to arrive.

I do what I say I'll do. PERIOD.

Yes with Atlanta traffic I usually leave 20 minutes earlier and get there about 10 minutes prior.  Our traffic is getting worse by the day
