Why? It's about connections and that can't be achieved through a spamming strategy.

If it cost Zero pennies to spam 50,000 people anonymously and you could get approximately 1/3 of 1% response rate, it that not a good ROI?

That is 150 responses.

of these 20 percent will convert. that is 30.

Of these 30, 20% will close. That is 4.

IN my area four closing starts pushing $50,000.

So, is spamming a good business decision? Without question it is,.  But the real outcome is the nonsense heard that sounds like, "I don't like others doing it to me" or 'Not my style."

Would you do business with a spammer?
Let get real. If you see an identify with a piece of spam it is highly likely to be spoofed .  You will end up boycotting a innocent bystander, if such a thing exists.

As stated in a previous question, they must or they wouldn't keep doing it Richie Alan Naggar .   To date I've never taken up the offer of a robocall spammer but ever say never. I have answered ads in the newspaper and on the radio.... isn't that essentially spamming as well?

I've often pondered this too... being I've never bought anything from anyone who's ever called or emailed me. If I need something I go out & find it & I prefer to do business with people & places I know... so they aren't making money off me.

You have to wonder? 'They' (the people who sell the products) say that you do. I really wonder.

Case in point. LO sends me emails every 3 weeks which actually should be going out to past clients only. I don't like the subject matter as I won't be buying a house soon. Why am I receiving this? Am I supposed to critique the material?

Well I did, I unsubscribed.

I had no automated system but I used to make 100 cold calls a day. While the "robo" part is annoying I never tried to sell upon initial contact which would usually grant me permission to contact them again. A 5% positive response was about average and I'd eventually close about 7 to 8 of those over time. Spammers don't offer me anything of value and that's where the difference lies when cold calling. Almost everyone had a real estate question they needed or wanted to be answered and I provided it.

Spammer= cold caller, isn't it what every new agent used to be recommended to do on a limited budget? I do not judge. Some ( very few) get great response from cold calling. I personally block everyone who tries to waste my time. Today it was two texts targeted me as a realtor.... blocked.

Robo calls no, even live sales calls, no.  I don't like getting interupted by the phone for a sales call. My phone is for me and my clients (in my world) - email or other forms of spam - I may if I see something that interest me. And I'm doing my "looking" on  my schedule - not on someone elses.
