No but, we still meet clients there. When I do meet clients at the office on the weekends, I arrive early since there is no receptionist there to greet them.

No it is not. We are in a corporate park and there's no real people traffic there on weekends. The buildings themselves are locked up on weekends.

No.  Phone calls after hours and weekends get passed to the duty agent.  I passed on taking my week in the rotation long ago.  Too often the phone calls were just answering the phone for other agents in the office and pointing the caller to that agent rather than a possible customer.  Just not a good use of the time, and Murphy's Law was those calls always seemed to come in when I was driving and not at a computer.  Bill

My answer is similar to Nina Hollander . We have an amazing staff who work all week. They're there to accept checks, packages, direct people who come in for closings or classes, and all sorts of other things. I answer calls on the weekends for my clients and potential clients. Many people call or reach out before they just walk into an office these days.

Not any longer. Recently I sold my large office building. It was rare to have walk ins, they went from a large part of getting new clients to the only walk ins were someone trying to sell me something i dont want or need. I can better utilize time and resources where nearly all leads are online or calls.

You are kidding me.  The brokerage was sold to a young broker wanting to become boss. He has not got anything right. We have not been billed for fees since.  Old broker complains 95% of agent list hang their license under hers not new broker.
