Not into any kind of s&m so really don't think about chains of any sort, in general. But I will admit that when someone tells me not to respond my immediate reaction is to do so. And I do, just to annoy them! I guess that's called jerking their chain!

My chain of thought is live and let live.  Let it be and or Life is what you make of it, so beautiful or so what (two song titles)  No one appointed as judges of the human condition, nor has asked us to come up with a brand.  We would expect to be paid for that.   LOL A

If someone says something like "if you don't have an answer don't respond" I usually move on. And that's true even if I have an answer. It's just argumentative and I don't have patience for that.

I'm not sure I would put blinds on what I would call the word. It's stupid & a waste of all our valuable time. You want an answer, accept what you get. Better yet, ask a question that this forum can answer as being so 'needle point' specific (Camel Breath) you will get no answers. It's not FB & it's not a new platform named Camel Breath. Learn how the frickin' internet works.

First, if anyone does not have anything good to ay, they should not be typing any sort of comment. Just as if you dont know an answer, dont know the area then move on to the next question. However when someone asking a question states all others need not respond, sometimes you cant help but call them out on it. For students though, they dont know any better, teach them, not bash them
