Title companies, lenders, asset management, debt collectors, bail bonds, PI, all could have access to resources that track or watch for sign of life for a subject.

Any person or company that subscribes to a 'finance' service like Lexis would be good candidates for getting RELAIBLE information.

Most service companies would rather sell you a list instead of resuscitate yours.

This could be an exercise from which a newbie could benefit greately.
