Anyone worried about a Zombie Invasion has been watching too much Walking Dead. Worrying about a zombie invasion would indeed be pure irrational hysteria.

I am not losing sleep over any of this list. Although I do believe that #4 is one that is easily fixed. As long as it doesn’t cut too deep into our profits.

I'm dealing now with one: a buyer who got cold feet. 

It happens often with first time buyers, there is no reason, all work is done, one more push left......and here we are...

I could make an argument for each of these, but I won't. At the end of the day, I avoid emotional excess vis-a-vis  most anything. And that's all hysteria really is, rational or irrational... it's emotional excess. And getting hysterical over things one cannot control seems the height of idiocy.

I'm not hysterical about any of these. I do think #1 is bunk. The rest all have some sort of realistic components to them.

Some downtown areas look like the Zombie invasion with Herion and Meth. I wouldnt move next to any high tension lines andnt moving to any downtown either, Z is beatable by those who provide great service but the order takers, may be goven a run for their money. What is real is the threat of socialism.

Hum, all of the above. I don't know much about 3 & 4. However, I'd say approach them rationally. Irrational hysteria doesn't usually achieve good results.

1. The Zombie invasion is real. While showing houses yesterday, I noticed several people sitting at curbs glued to the phone. What was worse were people walking across the road and down sidewalks with their eyes on their screens rather than watching traffic...SMH

The "cicada" who makes appearance every 7 years deserves a mention....as it comes with a gusto by the tens of millions living life in just 5 weeks time. Shocking as well as entertaining, they remind us to get to living (not existing) too
