Hi Richie... since the official definition of collusion is: "secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others"  I would say it doesn't meet the test. Does this count Richie Alan Naggar and Nina Hollander ? In 2006 I was in Shuya, with 23 other people. We were picked and detained by the KGB (FSB now) for 8 hours in Ivanovo.
