Water shares are a very important issue in Central Washington state.   The climate is considered desert and agriculture is an important industry. Even for single family residential homes irrigation water shares are very desireable to avoid paying high domestic water rates for outside watering. You NEED to know whether there are water shares and if those shares transfer with the property.

Note: Central Washington is a completely different climate than the Seattle side of the Cascade Mountains.

Mainly an issue for Western states and parts of Texas. Here in Chicago. with Lake Michigan, no problems if you pay your bill or unless a water main breaks! Good luck.

An argument could happen or a miscommunication and the share may be cut off.  Some don't care that they cannot do this but they will try it

If there is a pump, electricity involved then some don't want to pay their portion.  Bingo theres trouble.

Line bursts, who is fixin it or is there a cost share.
