Kenneth, what is being assumed is you are referring to a REALTOR and NOT an agent who possesses a real estate sales license issued by the state.

The club rules known by Realtors as the code of ethics does not have the bite breaking the law brings.

Restate your question more clearly or advise that agent means agent.
