Since you used the word INFLUENCE, I may suggest creating some real form of credibility that will fuel your message.
But the traditional path of the real estate agent is to engage in puffery. I like the imagery of a puffery agent trying to catch smoke in a net.Maybe you won't want to do it that way.

Are you trying to INFLUENCE or make genuine connections? Connections, relationships matter far more to me than just trying to have a massive number of meaningless contacts that I know nothing about and they know nothing about me. For me quality outweighs quantity by a wide margin.
