Would I get paid if i created multiple fake profiles?
How would they verify the data is correct to begin with?

This is just another example of his complete incompetence. Why is he focusing on such a stupid thing? This could be gamed so many different ways.

Interesting... start to monetize your data and people will make up stuff to get rich. Sounds like the Green Plan to me. 👎
What kind of bozo (D) would think this would work?

Why those tech companies have the money. Amazon paid zero income taxes last year and received back 120 million.
Nyet problema concerning how to figure out the payment. Just do like Alaska with their royalty dividends from the mineral rights that they pay back every year to all their permanent residents. In 2017 all permanent residents received a check for $1,100 in Alaska. It was double that in 2015. I have no sympathy for the monopolistic like tech companies.

As long as the citizen is paid, I'm all for it!
Matter of fact, if our MLS syndicates are stuff...I want PAID!
And my franchise should pay me.
All sources feeding Lexis should PAY ME!
NetFlix, is clearly and enabler of bad behavior. The addicts theme is "Ok, just one more!" PAY ME!
If my house appears in an IMAGE...PAY ME!
Imagine the cost of send citizens all the 3 cent checks. Would your bank deposit them or charge the citizen $3 a check?

Sounds like an attention and vote grab. The reality of that is, how would they be able to implement it? How would Active Rain give us Californian's a portion of the money they get from advertisers and promoting products via webinars to their user base?
I don't see it being practical. It would be difficult for Active Rain to do, imagine Facebook. How many millions do they make from Realtors alone selling ad data to them and leads gen ads. How would they send me a check for all the ads where I've fallen into the target audience?
How would grocery stores handle this?
Another wonderful idea like AOC's "You don't have to work if you don't want to" that falls flat on it's face when you give it any critical thought. Typical of "Gavin Nuisance".
