Th 'FEDS' a non-government, completely independant organization, may consider a 1/2 point increase to solve the 6 billion, pay for the wall, problem.

NOT! 

I think they'll hold off until next opportunity. The economy would be unaffected by an increase, however, it may have some negative influence of the public confidence, if that is ever an issue with a fed. nancy would favor a move that would further demoralize the public.

I came here a little late, so I have an advantage. The Fed did not raise rates, as I knew they would not, and the markets liked what they heard. They are taking a wait and see approach and I don’t expect a rate hike until at least July, after we see the second quarter GDP. I expect just one rate hike this year.
