I was flipping corporate homes and after watching our agent, knew I'd love it...and I do!

Great question! Personally, it was due to necessity. I worked in a factory and injured my back, needing surgery. Ended up that I have chronic pain that prevents me from being released to work a 'normal' job. At the same time, our boys were 6 and 8 and my oldest was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome so I needed to be available during school hours for his IEP meetings, and interaction with the teachers, aides, etc to give him the best available services. Incidentally, he graduated college and runs his own business now! Was wonderful to be able to work and be successful and still have the flexibility to care for my family.

At the age of 18 I had a love for the industry i grew up in. 33 years later here I am still selling strong. I love seeing new homes love meeting people, love helping people and still get excited when i list or sell a home. If you love your job, it is not work

Ugh. Why don't you just look at the answers to the question the person TWO QUESTIONS EARLIER posted?

I am curious as to why this would be meaningful or relevant to your license class.
