Never paid for leads! And, have not heard of Parkbench.

If it is signs on park benches I did that back in the 1980s in a different business, but it is flawed.

What's Parkbench? Are you talking about putting your face on public benches that people put their fannies on? Eeeew! Then again, I feel that way about agent faces on my shopping carts, as well. I'm sure there are better ways to spend your money for marketing you.

Personally, I do not pay for leads but if I did, I would want them to provide bonafide results and testimonials before I would even consider them if I were going to go such a route. That sounds like an alot of money per month and for what?

Sounds like they have a good plan for putting your services in front of local people & business'. The thing is you'd be putting a lot of faith in what they are promising. I'd have to actually see how they were going to yield me better results (per dollar) than other online lead companies before I dove in.

I have not, some here have used it with a tiny bit of success, but I am not sure it they just got leads or if they actually got a client.

Run. They are effin nuts. You can buy a house for that. Buy yourself a new car and hire someone to build you a website and you'll be better off.

Not to say I haven't tried many different things at various times during my RE career but what I've got out of those experiences is that it's worth it to create your own stuff as Kathleen Daniels mentioned. Pay no one else to get in between you and the public. Spend you time and money to become, or remain if you already are - the first point of contact (directly with no vias) for everyting real estate for your targeted market.
