3 industry pet peeves. My assumption is the intent is about real estate and not marketing technology. Slydial, spam, Zdevil, are not the industry.
What is industry is:
1. Agents able to avoid accountability by hiring surrogate evil doers. That would be aimed at any and all agents who pay Zdevil.
2. Brokers who do not fulfill their responsibilities. Brokers should post a rating reflecting the nature of their business. (sanctuary, kindergarten, playground, professional, collaborative) Most certainly those who renege on their last remaining responsibility and charge the agent for cutting a commission check.
3. Pervasive deception. "List your home with us for 0%!"

John Meussner I love your 3 pet peeves.... no one could trump those....especially the builder incentive.... when a builder has a construction loan with a bank and directs the buyer there, he is able to exhale.... the bank is very lenient with the builder .... the pressure is off... the appraisal is questionable.... the bank will close as long as there's a C.O. in hand.... that doesn't mean the home is finished!!! you can get that without flooring in!!

I think most agents I work with are good, want to make the deal work & do their job. If I had to shine a spotlight on the darkside I'd say major pet peeves would include-
Bringing me an offer on my listing from a Buyer I showed the house to.
Asking me questions you know I can't answer. ie. "How much will they take for it?"
Agents who want the purchase agreement back signed ASAP & as soon as they get it don't uphold the terms of the contract.
