No this year was not as good as I had planned. I can blame it on a lot of things (too many sellers decided not to sell, buyer's short sale deal died, another deal died, had to spent time helping with in-laws moving away, then moving back, then taking care of their vacant house, etc etc) but the real culprit is that my own prospecting systems did not provide enough business in the pipeline. And I did not increase my average home sold price as planned.  So it's all on me and I've made some tweaks so that next year will be better, even with my upcoming move.

It's funny how life dictates life.  We had our business goals set but came up short on the numbers, but that's okay.  2018 was a year of adjustments and we are really enjoying where things are.  

Goals for 2019?  They'll be there and we'll give it our best, but realizing there is more to life than numbers has been our best achievement this year.
