The absolute worst I know of is paying for real estate school to be educated and taught real estate and being sent to the ActiveRain Community to ask questions. Is that the only school in your state or just the cheapest?

In Texas it is the type of discipline the real estate commission can take against an individual with or without a real estate license. It can range from a reprimand to jail time. The worse I have seen is loss of license and a fine of $90,000.
