Hi, Jeff.

    I saw this trash on a news website earlier today.  The agent calls herself "The Potty-Mouth".  Is it any wonder the Public holds Realtors in such low esteem?  If NAR was a serious organization, they would call her on the carpet and threaten to revoke her membership.

    Tip of the hat to Houston MLS for taking down the listing, albeit too little too late.

I hope the tacky tactics of this agent didn't taint the industry image any more than it already is.  She did get complaints and it was taken down so that's good.  Not all exposure is good exposure... no pun intended.

Highly unlikely those photos helped sell that house. Does anyone who saw the kitchen photo remember what the cabinets and backsplash looked like? How about the stairwell? Why would there be a photo of a stairwell anyway?

We all know "SEX SELLS", so bravo for at least the idea was good even if the execution was a little too much. A lot of the products we buy everyday are sexually marketed, so why not houses? Just this was poorly done.

Would it have been better if they had been seen lounging by the pool? That would have made sense. The photos were tasteless and not well done but there really was nothing to see.
