Yes, 2019 is planned. We're adding video as a staple on the marketing of all our listings. 

NOTHING. I am on a roll and it ain't broke, nothing to fix. I have instituted a couple of additional income streams (not RE related) for when I never  retire! LOLLL

I have, Carla, and always do. It's how I achieve my goals each year!

2019 will include two major changes - some farming tweaking as well as a major adjustment to my client gatherings.

Absolutely Carla Freund . The one thing I am doing differently (in a big way) is to keep my calendar much more open so that I am more relaxed and free to jump in when need as I wish.

My job these days is to enjoy retirement.  I don't plan to change anything about that.

Yes - it is done and it remains an evergreen document.  

Do differently - I will spend a LOT MORE TIME interviewing, gathering facts, assessing, comparing, etc. before I hire anyone.  On my plate right now is finding a new insurance agent.  Who knew it could be such a royal PITA and such a time suck.  Yet, I must invest the time to find the right company and the right person.  I fired my last agent. He's a living turd. 

Carla, I'm working on it now. I will be adding a few monthly campaigns to our marketing, and I'll be adding a few more workers. 

I don't do annual plans... ever... the time frame is just too long. And as I've said before, when I retired from the corporate world I promised myself to never again do a business plan and I've kept that promise for my 25 years in real estate. I've done better than okay all these years and I figure if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

What I'm going to do differently this coming year? Not giving away any "state" secrets in a public forum... but I have some things on my plate.

Yes, planning is done. I will be working on exercising this quarter on, that will be a hard change:) I swim every day from May to October but after that I don't follow through with walking or training. 

I will also work on clearings, and decluttering the rest of what I need to do.

I am not planning on doing anything different. It is and always will be all about lead generation. While I will not do anything differently, I do need to do some things better. You decide whether that is different of not. Time will tell.
