I can produce single page property websites in a few minutes flat with full tracking. It won't help sell the property, but it will sure impress the seller in your presentation.

But that's a secret of the trade. 🤐

Many people here do it but what are the results as you say? I just started to do it with new photography that I use & I can say that I don't see any big increases in traffic or attention.

Sellers love it.

 They're great!  We tie them into buyer lead capture, and for the agents we work with, as soon as their listing hits the MLS a single property site is prepared for them with exclusive lead capture and (perhaps most importantly) takes a buyer to an MLS linked directory to view homes (both the listed property and similar homes) with only the agent's branding.  It's a great tool for agents to pick up more buyers, and for easy and instant exposure for a seller's listing.

I've done them. Easy to do with realbird. Not sure how effective they are, but it's another piece of the marketing and listing presentation puzzle. They sure can't hurt.

I am a fan of #realbird which does provide a single property website. I like the syndication power of RealBird. We can add neighborhood information. School information, walk scores, and much more is added.  Sellers love them. Check it out.

I have used them for almost 20 years. Great marketing tool and cheap. One on Realbird is just the cost of the url, which is about $12 on GoDaddy. And keep in mind that it's a value added to sellers differentiating you as so many agents do not do this.

Let's keep in mind that MLS is not a marketing system...it's a data base for agents and often limited in the information you can present. Single property websites can stay up "forever" and help you market to the public. I've gotten listings more than once because (1) I do them and (20 prospective sellers found them on the web and called me.

The MLS listing is not enoiugh posting information and even with syndication it can get lost in the sea of yes no, unknown. One take on single property websites SEO and that are pretty dang popular right now. Too many agent's mobile device website version is anything but streamline. Like trying to find that lost sock in the pair the dryer eats. And navigating the many property listings is like herding cats. For mobile, there is no search delay with single property websites that make it all about the solo listing getting center stage razzle dazzle showcasing sans the interference or frustration.

I have a couple through different platforms, the main one being realbird.  I don't use them.  I direct my marketing to my site and to the listing page on my site.

I think they were a big gimmick back in the day, especially when tied to vanity URLs.  I honestly don't see them as being that effective, since Google doesn't care about exact match domain names anymore.  Searching 123MainSt. is going to take them to zillow not 123MainSt.com

The .info domains are cheap, and it is a good way to be able to track where leads are coming from.
