Yes I have first hand experience with one right now.  I am currently using Mega Agent Pro but very unhappy with their appointments (or lack there of) as well as the amount of money that I have given them. 

Here are the details of my contract with Mega Agent Pro. 

- I pay them $1800 per month on a 12 month contract and a 15% referral on each closed sale. They guarantee me 25 closed deal in the 12 months. If they do not close 25 deal in the 12 months then they call for me for free until I reach my 25 closings

- I pay for RedX, which they use to get phone numbers. 

- They call locals fsbo's, expireds. This will aslo call any specific street or neighborhood that I want. The make a recording of every call with a potential customer. 

- Since I started in April they have set me 12 appointments (only actually met with 6 bc of poor qualifying on their part)  -- 1 listing which I just fired due to lack of showing availability. No closings. 

Here is my take on this investment. Mega Agent Pro is not working for me. But that does not mean that they will not work for you. Our area is tough bc phone numbers are hard to get. On the plus side, MAP is a professional company, they have kept me informed and management has acknowledged my concerns and working to increase their quantity and quality of leads. Time will tell but if I could go do it over, then I would not use them or anyone for that matter. 

It is my opinion that they would better serve an agent in a more densely populated area simply bc of numbers. I hope this helps, good luck!

in 40 years of real estate, I've never participated in cold calling.... I don't like my phone ringing by a cold caller...

Not a fan of Tom Ferry. Haven't heard much new or innovative from him in a long time. 

Not a fan of cold calling. Have done very well for 25 years without EVER cold calling. I don't like being cold called. Do you? Why would you subject someone else to it. There must be better ways of generating leads.

Nothing from Tom Ferry is inexpensive. Maybe your money can buy you "more" elsewhere.

Personally I am not a fan of cold calling and don't use it.  I did not know that cold calling was one of Tom Ferry's approaches to his coaching business plans for agents but I guess something for all.  Would it be appropriate to ask your coach who they would recommend for this as their system would more than likely have some proven results and options for calling numbers.  Might be a good place to start.

     My only advice is to check the state and Federal DNC lists.  Every once in a while, the state of Florida cracks down hard, they make $10,000 examples out of businesses who call people on the Florida DNC list.

Dont subscribe to Tom's service but would be interested in the dialing service.

unlicensed people are not allowed to cold call in my state so I do not use a service.

While I am not familiar with Tom Ferry or any similar service I would just say proceed with caution. Personally I would hire someone to work in the office using free demographics that you can easily obtain on line.

Great coach but I don't know which programs are even still around.

Well I'm probably the wrong person to post a response here. I am in the coaching program with Tom Ferry.(TF) My business is on track to have the best year I've had so far in real estate. Every system or process is not for everyone. I hear lot of people talk about door knocking. That will get you arrested in may subdivisions in the Atlanta area. (Even if you are promoting an Open House you have coming up....some neighbor can call and the police will show up and ask you to leave.) 

I don't know where this "cold calling" is coming from via TF. I've never heard it talked about in any of my coaching, or when I have attended events. If you are calling Expired listings or FSBO's, do you consider that cold calling? I don't do either, so I can't say. 

I have found much of what I have learned through coaching to be very valuable to me. 

You get out of anything what you put into it. 

I personally do not like cold calling so it is not something that I would engage in doing myself. With that being said, I have heard other agents have had success with this approach. I wish you success in whatever you decide to do. 

I have never listened to Tom Ferry, but definitely don't do cold calls.

I use Redx and cost $59 a month to call expires.

I do not use these, but have not heard great things about RedX and TorchX's ability to get accurate numbers.

I hate all the spam calls right now and never did much for cold calling.

In the beginning followed Mike Ferry and cold called a bit. Did well with it. But times have changed and Tom never really did anything but copy his dad. Want to cold call, Mike is still active!
