Nowhere do I follow all my followers. I only follow those I respect enough to spend time reading their Blogs or Social Media Posts. A lot of my followers barely post or only post market reports (boring) and no value to me. I appreciate all 577 AR followers I have-to date, but I only follow 261 people on AR and not necessarily all 261 are my followers either.

No I do not Peter Mohylsky, though I do appreciate all of my Followers.  If I do not follow someone it's basically because I have read their Profile and they are either not a realtor, have no Profile and no Blogs, and I basically know nothing about them, because they have told me nothing!  Some folks are very accomplished and interesting, while others have not even taken a few minutes to write anything . . .

On here, yes I do.

On IG & Twitter I followback those who seem legit. What I noticed is that many follow you just to unfollow you later, ie. churn followers to get more followers. That's a bad practice & I'll simply unfollow those people with the Unfollow tool!

It doesn't take more than a minute to do this stuff & following back is good for building larger networks on social media. Celebrities are the only people that a follow back is not expected from.
