Why do you feel the need to ask this anonymously?  Reported because there is no reason for this question.  Are you such a coach? 

I have not used either but there are several AR members, mentioned here, that are Buffini fans who can give you their input.

Praful Thakkar and Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, ePRO, CRS, RCS-D are big Buffini guys. I think coaching absolutely can be worth the cost if you follow through. I did group coaching with agents in my company with Dirk Zeller's company and also did some group coaching with our local KW office and I was unhappy with the coaches we had, but I think it was just not a fit for what my coaching needs were and I think that coaches, just like any business can have some excellent ones and some not as excellent ones. The right fit and a good coach I think can be really helpful. -K

We have several members that love Buffini, and Tom Ferry.  In our opinion whatever works for you, keep doing it.

Went to a few of them, great experience. No live coaching calls.

You have to be motivated, organized and attentive...basically surrender to coaching in order for it to be successful. If you don't follow their system, it won't work. You have to be all-in and if you are, whatever the cost, your increase in business will EASILY pay for coaching.

Both are good (they're 'brother' companies, spawned from the same system) as is The CORE coaching. 

I recommed NINJA training as well. But, again, all-in or it's a huge waste of money and time!!

If you ask Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, ePRO, CRS, RCS-D, he can give you good input, as I know he likes and follows Buffini.  I personally have not tried either, and have heard of both. 

I follow the self-directed Buffini working by referral system... but coaching calls... no way. Tried it with Tom Ferry and was hugely disappointed.

I went to one TF coaching session and that was enough for me. But many people seem to find them useful, so if it works, go for it.

It's all about what you like.  We've looked at Buffini stuff but it just didn't fit our vibe.  Sincerity and hard work is where it's at.  These "coaching" companies often try to make you into someone you aren't.  

Everyone is different, what works for one does not necessarily work for another - I tried a coach in the beginning of my carerr, it was not worth the expense - it's nothing I would ever do again

Yes, go for it. Don't listen to anyone else without trying it yourself. It was a lot tougher than I thought it would be in the beginning.

Coaching works well for many people but I'm not one of them.

Many are willing to pay to hone their skills.  

I've never used either, but I have friends who have. I'm not sure I've seen any difference in their performance or bottom line, but I'm not paying the bill. So, I always hope for the best for them whether I see results or not.

I can't say, but I doubt if a live coaching call once a week would be much benefit to me.

I have. To each their own. Was not worth the expense.

My husband and I took the Buffini Peak Performance program, it was fantastic and low cost ($395.00 for an in office 12 week program, it's 5 days the first week and 2 hours each week after that.  Our broker HomeSmart offered it in their office with a video and lots of Q&A and exchange of ideas and accountability each week.  We walked away jazzed and did not sign up for coaching but are working the system and it's great.  My husband is a new agent and I'm only 3 years in, so it taught us a lot and motivated us. 

I haven't, but I know many who've benefited from them and many who have not.

In my experience, the two you mentioned are good for a shot in the arm or a quick motivation but don't have lasting effect.

I find the "gurus" like Buffini and Ferry have a lot of great value HOWEVER, its all about consistency and duration. You have to stick to their plan diligently and for quite a while before you'll start reaping the benefits.

It will be of NO VALUE TO YOU.

For me it is a big waste of money.  I like learning by doing, by having a mentor and shadowing the managing broker or appointed training agent. They make money off selling books and seats at a seminar.  I can use that time and money to promote myself and what i do to get more listings.

I am more into mentors than gurus.

If you do what they tell you to do, yes.

Not worth the money, no. Just ask yourself this - if their advice is so great, why are they still trying to get money out of you for coaching instead of just living off of their own methods?

Took a Buffini seminar (free) years ago, and walked away with lots of tips I use in my business today.   Do not have a coach, business is good.

I have had business coaching and about half way through I felt like I had all I needed. I know Buffini has some raving fans.
