Not so sure. Everyone thought any thing looks like some one can sleep inside will get multiple offers. People buy brand new homes and put it on the market  will often make a tidy profit. This summer not sure..... 

On better homes how many clients have an gross income of $426,000? Public school rating is still 6/10.
