I am not.  I looked into the card company years ago. It simply does not fit my personal style in card sending. 

John, my assistant puts addressed cards for me to write/sign for anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions the week they are due. I like sending a personal card and even the 'custom' designed SOCs seem 'fake' to me. I know because I get them from my CPA and they really don't have meaning to me. 

I know that sounds snooty and rude but, even my husband, who could care less whether cards are hand-written or not, thinks the same thing!

This sounds quite ambitious. It is not something I do or plan to do.  Good luck.

John Mosier - not sure if SmartAgent CRM is used, but Jay McHugh sure is the man for Send Out Cards.

I prefer to send personaly written thank yous and other cards rather than Send Out cards. I get them often and understand the convenience but it's not for me!

I use Market Leader CRM and they have a mailing campaign and will even handle the printing. Most will have something you can use, John.

Sounds like an ambitious project, we have done a lot of prospecting like this in the past, unfortunately it was in a lot of spreadsheets that never made it into a crm system.

I think you are overthinking everything.

Not every CRM is going to do 100% of  what you want. 

Not every CRM is going to blend with others & that's the way it's always been. 

I think you've missed the most important part - start the project. Contact those people because you can 'plan' yourself to death.

I prefer sending out my own personalized cards to my buyers and sellers ... and right now I am working with a new CRM and am hoping it will do everything I want to make my world better organized!

I don't know of any CRM that does that... when it comes to contact information it's garbage in, garbage out.

Hi John, if I was the recipient, I wouldn't be impressed so, no, I don't do Send out Cards, a unique card for each person is my choice, must be handwritten by me. Wishing you all the best in a new area!

Nope, when I get a card that is "generated" I rarely even open it.  If I get a handwritten letter/card I do.  So that's what I send out.

I've got good news and other news.

As you know Wise Agent allows users to make notes. The better news is these notes are SEARCHABLE. That is awesome!

Wise Agent allows the user to create unlimited categories. This CAN get messey.

And don't forget the 'checklist' feature for those in the 'haven't met' category.

Here is a real word of advise, check with the post office and mail carrier regarding "WHY" the address was rejected. What appears on the envelope  that was returned is just lazyiness. Feeling brave? The address needed appears inside the mailbox. This helps the carrier get the right mail in the right box.

Most service companies will run the list to validate the addresses first, before you pay for the postage. Perhaps a new service company is the solution. But be aware, the address can be correct but there is anohter reason for the carrier to not deliver. You need to investigate.
