     First time I heard of  Bgin,  thank you.  

     My concern is, will they honor this statement?  Realtor dot com burned a lot of people (including me) by selling the same zip code to multiple agents.

We only work with one real estate agent per top phrase in each market. Once a phrase is purchased, we will not resell it. That way buyers find YOU as the top real estate pro in your market.

Looks like it's all about retargeting ads (which can be done very effectively). The language about one agent per phrase? Throw in a/and/or and it's a different phrase, right? Poor reviews from past employees are a big red flag as well.

I'd recommend using your money to target market your niche directly.  You can do a lot more good for yourself by marketing on a consistent basis with that money!
