I let them know I need all communication documented (I reiterate calls in emails) and if they expect an organized Realtor, to limit it to those three methods as I do not use social media nor APPs for communication in business.

Any one client will use text, phone and email.
I reinforce to all clients that text, phone and email are their options.
If a CLIENT chooses to send random non-sense into the Ethernet, they need to know, I'm NOT THERE.
Once they are clients communication becomes mission critical. IF they can't understand the importance of text, phone or email, there are bigger problems ahead.
I've actually encounters 'all about me agents' whose preferred communication channel is FACEBOOK. "What, you didn't read my response on Facebook!" Like the plague, I avoid such agents.
