Okay, so our youngest just took a job in Chicago and he used Roomster to find something there. He had my husband take a look at the site to see some of his options and he was very impressed with the site. You'll have to give that one a whirl too, Kevin!

I'm sure others will get some mileage out of it.... we don't do rentals unless we need to rent an apt for an investor client.... 

We have 4 leases ending this month, will check out this service.

I'm moving into different cities every 2 weeks for business and somehow always find gems for the short term. I've not used PadMapper, but have heard good things about it from other sources.

We have so very few apartments in my area . . . but I can see this helping in bigger metro areas!

We don't handle rentals outside of asking our agents if they know of anyone who will rent to their client. Sounds like you may have found a great source to send people to.

As an owner for over 40 years, this apartment living is new to me. This time around negotiated a multi year lease!

I don't do rentals, but I do refer out to some great people who do. I don't get anything from it but good will for all. 

I will check it out for our property management company. I bet we are in it.

Thanks for the tip, will have to remember this.  There are times I get relocating families that want short term rentals to get used to the area and determine what part of the city they want to live.
